Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 3–10 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order, as we cannot change the address after the package has been shipped.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service team at kkindiotrading@gmail.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
General Return Window:
● Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
● Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
● Consumable products (such as nutrient solutions) that have been opened or used.
● Consumable products that have deteriorated due to improper storage after delivery.
● Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to customer mishandling.
Special Conditions for Equipment:
● Equipment returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on manufacturer’s warranty terms.
● Some equipment may require direct warranty service from the manufacturer. Our team will assist in guiding you through the process.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team at kkindiotrading@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided by our team.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
