Individual customers can create an account by registering on our website.
Once logged in, you can browse products, add items to your shopping cart, and complete your purchase through our secure checkout. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfers.

Currently, business (B2B) customers cannot complete purchases directly online. When registering, please select the “Business” account type and provide your company details, including your resale permit (if applicable). Once your account is approved, please email your purchase requests to order@kkgarden.com, and our sales team will process your order manually.

Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within eligible regions (exclusions apply for oversized or special-handling items). For detailed shipping terms, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

Use the search bar at the top of our site to find products by name or keyword. You can also filter and sort results by brand, category, or price to narrow down your search.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

We currently ship mainly within the continental United States. For international orders, please contact customer service before purchasing to confirm availability, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times.
